Application

It is used for sewage treatment, circuit board etching, stainless steel corrosion and mordant, and is a good substitute for solid ferric chloride. HPFCS high-purity type is used for cleaning and etching with high requirements in the electronic industry.

Liquid ferric chloride is an efficient and cheap flocculant for urban sewage and Industrial wastewater treatment, which has significant effects on precipitation of heavy metals and sulfides, decolorization, deodorization, oil removal, sterilization, phosphorus removal, and reduction of COD and BOD in effluent.

Our Advantages

1. More than 40% lower than the price of solid ferric chloride (the same concentration), which can completely replace solid ferric chloride;

2. It is an aqueous solution, eliminating the problem of solid preparation and incomplete dissolution;

3. Replace liquid or solid Aluminium sulfate, poly Aluminium chloride, poly Iron(III) sulfate and other flocculants, and reduce the treatment cost by more than 30%;

4. The flocculating performance is excellent, the settling speed is higher than that of aluminum salt series flocculants (such as Aluminium sulfate, Aluminium chlorohydrate, etc.), and the formed alum flocs are dense;

5. Less sludge generated, greatly saving sludge treatment costs;

6. Suitable for a wide range of pH values in water bodies, ranging from 4 to 12, with an optimal pH range of 6 to 10.

7. It has significant effects on precipitation of heavy metals and sulfides, decolorization, deodorization, oil removal, sterilization, phosphorus removal, and reduction of COD and BOD in effluent

Usage and Dosage

This product focuses on Industrial wastewater treatment. When it is used, a proper amount of product is directly added to the wastewater, and strongly stirred to mix it with the wastewater evenly. The general dosage is 0.01% -0.1% of the wastewater amount. In practical applications, the optimal dosage needs to be determined based on experiments due to differences in wastewater quality. The optimal pH range for use is 6-10, so adjusting the pH to the required range with lime or alkaline solution before use will produce the best treatment effect.
