Other Names are Potassium peroxymonosulfate, potassium monopersulfate compound, Potassium hydrogen sulfate, PMPS,KMPS, ect.
Potassium peroxymonosulfate is marketed as a popular non-chlorine based shock. Its primary swimming pool use is to oxidize any contaminates in the water, sanitizers already present in the water to focus on sanitizing the water.

water treatment in the aquaculture industry, can kill almost all bacteria and viruses of zoonotic diseases, and has an excellent killing effect on foot-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, SARS, 

2.Swimming pool/SPA water treatment

Swimming pool disinfection and water shock treatment (SHOCKS), quickly remove organic matter such as urea, purify water quality, and improve ORP.
