Impregnation Sealant
YJ-85C organic impregnating agent is a third-generation impregnating agent developed overseas. It is a universal impregnating agent that seals micro pores with different characteristics of various components. At the same time, it has excellent performance of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and solvent resistance. The product fully complies with the US military standard MIL-I-17563C, RoHS, and REACH.

Application

Working mechanism of organic infiltration agents
After YJ-85C infiltration agent is pressed into the micro pores of the workpiece in a liquid state, it solidifies into a solid inside the material of the workpiece. Therefore, the workpiece after infiltration treatment will become a composite material of the original material and the infiltration agent. The curing method is hot water curing, and the curing temperature is 85 degrees Celsius. The effective ingredient in the impregnating agent is 100%, therefore, all impregnating agents after impregnation will solidify tightly and firmly within the micropores.

Application scope
It is a universal impregnating agent widely used in various aluminum, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, stainless steel castings, die-casting parts, powder metallurgy parts, as well as ceramics, plastics, wood, etc., to improve the pressure resistance and airtightness of these parts, prevent poor electroplating quality and spray coating defects, and improve their physical properties and anti-aging performance, solving the problems of leakage or easy aging caused by microporous defects in these parts, Avoiding remanufacturing in the furnace greatly saves production costs and protects the environment.
